What drives you? What is your purpose on earth?
You want someone who is strongly motivated to do the job they've applied for, so you want to do your best to know what drives the candidates.
If I was interviewing for an outside salesperson, for instance, I'd be looking for someone who is driven to make money and to stand out as an individual. Versus a customer service person, who I'd want to be driven to help others.
